General
SiraMint is a digital vault for shared ownership. You can record startups, property, financial assets, trusts, and supporting documents in one workspace. The platform tracks who owns what, logs approvals, and lets professional firms collaborate with clients using scoped access.
Individuals and families documenting wealth, startup founders managing cap tables, and law, finance, or trustee firms serving clients. You can start alone and invite others as your needs grow.
No. If you can upload a file and fill in a form, you can use the core features. Complex setups such as multi-party approvals or firm engagements include guided steps and help tips inside the app.
Billing
Yes. There is a free plan with limits on assets and certain features. Legacy planning (wellness hub, will builder, deputies, messages, and farewell video) is included from the Basic plan upward. Family, Premium, and covered corporate accounts also qualify. Upgrade from Billing when you are ready.
Available methods depend on your deployment and region. Common options include card payments and local payment providers configured by your platform administrator. Check the billing page inside your account for live options.
Yes. Personal vault plans and firm plans are billed separately. Firm administrators manage organization billing from the firm portal. Individual customers manage their own plan from the client billing page.
Assets & ownership
You register stakeholders on an asset with ownership percentages. Material changes such as adding a co-founder or proposing a transfer can require approval from other stakeholders. Each step is logged with a timestamp and user record.
Yes. You can attach deeds, agreements, IDs, and other files to assets and trusts. Documents inherit the same permission rules as the record they belong to.
Common types include startup equity, property, financial instruments, crypto, intellectual property, vehicles, collectibles, and general documents. Your platform administrator can enable or disable types for your deployment.
Firms & professionals
Yes, if you invite them. You choose the firm and permission level, such as view only, manage assets, or approve certain actions. They never receive full access unless you grant it.
Firms register an organization, then send client invitations. Clients accept into their own vault while the firm receives scoped access for the engagement. Assets the firm creates for a client remain linked to that relationship.
Security & privacy
We use industry-standard protections including encryption in transit and access controls on our infrastructure. You should also use a strong password and review who you invite to your vault.

Legacy planning requires the Basic plan or higher, or coverage under an eligible Family or Corporate plan. Free customers can browse plans from Billing or click Legacy plan in the sidebar to upgrade.
Basic-plan customers can record or upload a farewell video stored securely via Cloudinary (when configured by your administrator). The video is released only after death verification, alongside other legacy content you authorize.
Not automatically. SiraMint helps you draft and store records. Under Nigerian law, a will generally must be printed, signed in ink, and witnessed. Use the will builder as a starting point and follow the signing checklist before uploading the signed copy.
Deputies are trusted contacts you designate. After verified death, they receive read-only access to legacy content you configured. They cannot access your full vault before verification.
